Most cruises from Galveston sail to Western Caribbean destinations such as Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, and the Cayman Island. There are some cruises to the Bahamas in the Eastern Caribbean, and good prices are available for Carnival Freedom’s Eastern Caribbean cruise departing on April 29th.

If you can do some spur-of-the-moment traveling, the March 6th departure to Cozumel and the Yucatan on the Carnival Valor is a great deal at $389 for an inside cabin. The March 26th Carnival Breeze cruise to Key West and the Bahamas offers a nice change from the more common Western Caribbean itinerary.
